I’m excited to share this video with you today on The Basics of Fermanentation – how to ferment foods in your own kitchen.

Cultures around the world have been fermenting longer than we’ve been cultivating soil or writing books and the art of fermentation has produced countless delicacies as a result. It’s used to produce the finest wine; many of our basic staples such as bread and cheese; and pleasurable delights, including beer, chocolate, coffee and yogurt.

It’s such an easy process that you can do anywhere with the most basic tools!

In this video, I’ll share with you the basics on how to ferment foods in your own kitchen and you’ll learn about the amazing health benefits of fermentation which includes improved digestion, improved absorption of nutrients and improved gut health, which is a hot topic today that I’m passionate about.
